This is a Repurposed 350 amp fused Lithium battery disconnect system that started its life as a BMW Prototype High voltage Lithium batterry disconnect system. It has now been converted into a 12v to 24v lithium disconnect system. It has a high quality Kilovac EV200 series EV200AAANA 500 amp sealed contactor relay with hd bus bars and a 350 amp 450v PEC fuse. All in an enclosure that can be mounted beside your battery bank. The fuse is replaceable so if you need smaller you will have to supply your own as we have the option to buy it without the fuse. The High - Low voltage meter is a known reliable made in china unit that does not a use an internal mechanical relay, but powers the Kilovac contactor perfectly. We burn every meter in for 48 hours before installing into the case.
The system must run when the bank is in use. The Kilovac contactor is closed when powered and uses less than 2 watts on a 12v system. A small price to pay for piece of mind. Should an over or under voltage fault occur the Battery is disconnected and the contactor is closed.
These are perfect for use in your RV,Camper, Car Audio Li-on Battery banks. It can be mounted in most any position as long as it is close to the battery Positive terminal. The meter mounting can also be rotated 180 degrees.
This is not totally plug and play since you have to make your battery cables and do final connections, but it is an easy install.

You will need to place this in between your main bus bar positive and your battery positive terminal. You will have to supply your battery cable.
This does not replace your BMS but rather complements it And having another voltage disconnect system will give you the redundancy your expensive Lithium bank needs.. There is a reason EV manufactures use heavy duty contactors to connect and disconnect there battery banks.
